General Fitness, Health and Wellbeing

Hi. Welcome to my blog. I hope you will enjoy my posts on fitness, health and well-being.

It takes time and dedication to become fit. It takes discipline to follow a healthy diet, and to live a healthy lifestyle.

I have been using 1 teaspoon of sugar in my tea and coffee for many years. Just the other day, about a week ago, I gave bitter tea and coffee a try. I must admit it was difficult at first. Now I have got used to the taste !!!

I am hoping to lose a lot of extra kilos !!!
